Salah Salah, an Iraqi novelist, born in Baghdad in 1962, has lived in Canada since 1999. He has worked as a journalist in Beirut, Baghdad and Amman. He is currently the editor-in-chief of the Arab Emigrant newspaper, published in Toronto. Salah Salah is distinguished for writing the controversial newspaper column, and he constitutes a high percentage of the group of readers who discuss his topics in light of the comments received by the Arab Emigrant newspaper related to what he writes. Salah Salah is a member of the Union of Writers and Writers in Iraq, a member of the Union of Arab Writers and Writers, a member of the Canadian Writers Union, and a member of the Canadian PEN Association to defend writers in the world. Received the Radio France International Prize for Short Story 1994 and Nagy Noaman for Creativity 2007.
