Malek Haddad is an Algerian poet, writer and novelist, originally from the Kabylie region. He was born in Constantine, the capital of the Algerian East, and where he was educated. Then he traveled to France and obtained a Bachelor of Laws, and when he returned, he published the magazine "Al-Takadum" and participated in the Algerian revolution.
